Myofascial Release of Neck and Shoulders

The student will learn to perform MFR on all the muscles controlling the back, neck, and shoulders.   They will also know how to apply the technique to muscles of the lower body.  We will discuss the muscles involved and the specific locations where to apply the technique.  It teaches the therapist the anatomy, properties, and function of fascia and how to manipulate it to break up adhesions and scar tissue and increase the range of motion.
